- • They are thieves, I left a jar of glutamine in gummies, it disappeared and on top of that they called to report it and they tell me it's a lie and that they vouch for their cleaning employees, but I found my backpack moved and the glutamine missing, and when I call they tell me to check if it's inside the backpack and in case it is not, the cleaners would have taken it, meaning they touch their clients' personal belongings, very unprofessional

- • The worst hotel room we've ever stayed in, uncomfortable, an unbearable smoke smell coming from the restaurant chimney or something like that. No outlets. Separate beds with wooden headboards fixed to the wall that prevented us from joining the beds correctly. Constant noise from a washing machine and service area. Very poor breakfast. Horrible value for money.
