- • Barking dogs throughout the stay. The standard of the room and especially the bathroom was below all criticism. I often stay at hotels and this was by far the one with a standard far below normal. Would have booked a new hotel room if they hadn't all been fully booked due to an indoor bandy tournament, we would have taken the extra cost every day of the week.

- • The booking was canceled due to overbooking. We were informed on the day at 1:20 PM, less than two hours before check-in. It is extremely unprofessional and caused us unnecessary stress and problems to find new accommodation at such short notice.
