- • I booked a DELUXE apartment and we were given a double room. I complained and they told me that THE PHOTOS ON BOOKING NEVER MATCH WHAT THEY GIVE YOU AFTERWARDS. They changed me to a slightly larger room. I have claimed the price difference I paid, but the Hotel refused and BOOKING gave me 50€ as 'compensation', to spend of course in a hotel with them, but of course, the money I spent on eating out is not covered... the room has a microwave and 2 cups, that's all, you can't cook, no utensils...
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff. Very good value for money

It was supposed to be a bit different.
Location, great parking in the garage. Interesting hotel layout. Mini gym, laundry corner. Shop at the reception.

- • We were given a room different from the pictures (different layout and equipment) facing the construction site on the neighboring property. Only after 2 days were we offered a change to the room ordered from the pictures. Breakfast - sometimes there was a lack of space and almost every day the products and dishes ran out and were not replenished.
Good but not great...
Very modern residence, with apartments equipped with everything necessary for a good stay. We also received a free upgrade since the photos provided by booking were misleading compared to what we found in the apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful.

- • The structure itself is fine, my rating would have been higher. Unfortunately, one of the evenings we were woken up shortly after midnight by a fire alarm. Many guests, including us, rushed outside while the firefighters arrived, the emergency was resolved within half an hour. However, during the emergency, no staff member bothered to give us any indication of what had happened, nor reassure us, nor take a count of who was present and who was left inside. Being forced to flee in the middle of the night leaving our personal belongings in the room is not a pleasant experience; nevertheless, no one from the hotel appeared or provided any explanation or indication. Anything could have happened, but to us, left on the street waiting, no one said anything. Upon returning to the hotel with the permission of the firefighters, the staff acted as if nothing had ever happened and, when asked for explanations, the next day we were told it was a false alarm. Let's say that it is not in a hotel like this that I would like to be during a real emergency.
Comfortable stay at a reasonable distance from the city center.
The hotel is located a bit far from the city center of Munich but is quickly accessible by S-Bahn. The rooms are very comfortable, well-equipped - the bottle of dish soap is so cute that I stole it ;-) - and stylishly designed. The shower is fantastic and the breakfast is excellent, with lots of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and hummus. (Only the eggs were overcooked.) The reception is staffed 24/7 and helpful. Also very convenient are the washing machines. What I also found nice is that the hotel also accommodates construction workers who are working nearby: their presence adds some local color.

- • The view (I had a room on the outside) is definitely not romantic: a parking lot. That's not a big deal, but I missed curtains - to be able to walk around naked without seeming like an exhibitionist. Under the bottom sheet, there was, to the touch, a mattress protector. That is of course hygienic but it sometimes felt a bit sweaty.

Business environment and close to the metro.
Very spacious apartment room. TV in the room was not working. Employee Otmane came to check and arranged another room. There was the same problem. Again, another room. Everything worked there. Mr. Otmane was friendly, correct, patient, and very helpful!
