- • Not enough parking for customers and there should me more fan for back-up during the hot summer
A clean, spacious studio apartment, all items were spotless and sufficient, there are markets nearby, we left our suitcases on the check-out day and toured Kaprun, we were very pleased with the helpful staff, thank you, we will come back again

- • Cleaning can be improved- hair in one shower, crumbs on a chair in the living room. No AC, ventilation only with windows doesn’t work great. Next to a building site, that started the noise from 7 am. Water in both showers doesn’t go all in the drainage. It could use better towels in bathrooms.

- • It was brutally hot in the room! We didn't sleep all night! The windows were open all night to make the night bearable somehow. At 5 o'clock in the morning, a child from the neighboring house cried for half an hour. Half an hour later, construction workers arrived at a construction site. So, we couldn't sleep again. However, due to the heat in the room, the windows could not be closed. Just madness!!!!

- • I believe that the rooms were not cleaned with proper attention to details. Also, the apartments require some renovation but not much - fixing what is not working and replacing just some of the furniture would make it perfect.
