- • The absence of including breakfast for the price paid

- • Your room hallway is noisy when trying to sleep after a long flight from Vancouver to Quito, some young girl and dog was making noises, also dirty dishes and drinks all line up at the hallway I think is not necessary, it might be hazardous when emergency walk way to all guests, should have a sign not to put out in the hallway. Other than these point it was good, could have given you 10 points.

Quiet and spacious hotel, all necessary facilities. Good breakfast, good food in the restaurant. Lovely garden with swimming pool. Short distance to the airport and free transport. Great place to stop while traveling.

Great rooms, comfy beds, wonderful staff, and a nice pool
Great location if you want to be close to the airport. Staff are wonderful! All of them are so friendly and helpful

- • It’s a bit of a distance to downtown Quito, but they have drivers available to take you for a very reasonable price.
