- • Spa services too expensive, they don't tell you that taxes are not included, so they are even more expensive.
Very bad treatment from the staff, very bad breakfast, the price was not at all in line with the service

Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Good pool particularly for the children. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was of a good standard.

- • Transfer shuttle is far too slow. Transfer back to the hotel was not organized as requested and added stress returning to the airport for our outbound flight needlessly. Airport is close but shuttle frequency to be increased.

Great Holiday Inn, Quito Airport location. Great, clean, comfortable spacious rooms. Great restaurant with exceptionally good food. Luis was a superb host and waiter attended to our every need and made all our meals the best. Luis is a real asset to the Holiday Inn Quito Airport. We look forward to our return.

- • More information is needed about the airport transfer to the hotel. We thought we had missed it because we arrived at midnight, and almost took a taxi. Luckily, the transfer appeared before the taxi driver left. But it was luck.
