- • Very high stairs and this information is not on the website. Difficult to climb with luggage. Delay in opening the gate, waited a long time and the hotel is practically on Dutra highway.

- • TOO NOISY! Asked to change rooms because the slightly better room faces the avenue and I couldn't sleep all night! When changing rooms, it was much inferior but at least I could sleep! Asked for an extra night due to work and the owner charged me the same amount! Even though I was in an inferior room and booked separately, he claimed 'I wanted to change'. I was going to book 3 more days but they lost a customer! The only thing I want to emphasize is that the staff are excellent, the cleanliness too, but the place needs many repairs to better serve customers and be a good hotel! Soundproof windows are a must!

- • According to the receptionist, the hotel changed systems and my reservation is not active with the hotel, even though I booked through the Booking app. I paid a lot for Uber to get to the hotel and then had to look for another accommodation in the middle of the night in SP, as there was no room available. Terrible way to welcome the customer.
