The hotel is small but cozy. The staff is very attentive and it has a terrace on the top floor.

- • It is 15 minutes from the center and at night we had to take a taxi. There is only one Western option for breakfast and they do not provide machine coffee. The shower water pressure was very low, making it difficult to wash hair. The room was very small and had very little natural lighting. Considering all this, the price per night seemed high to us.
I liked the rooms and also that there was a kettle for our use. I think it could benefit from having a few comfortable chairs in the common area. They were all hard. Otherwise all good.

- • The room is very small, the only window faces the hallway. The bathroom needs a renovation on the tiles and does not have a hairdryer. Adjusting the hot water in the shower is difficult.
Homely stay, convenient for exploring Oaxaca, excellent hotel and friendly staff.
Excellent breakfast - very Mexican! Substantial and filling (however no tea - only coffee!) Staff were delightful and very helpful. Lovely rooftop terrace with hammocks! Bed is huge and very comfortable. There is a safe in the room and plenty of storage space.

- • The rooms were a little dark with no windows (only windows opening onto the central area of the hotel). However, this seems to be a normal thing in Mexico. The shower was not particularly warm.
An oasis.
The hotel feels like an oasis. Coming from the hot and noisy street (typical of any city center) and entering a cool, quiet, and pleasant place was a very comforting feeling. The facilities are beautiful and photogenic. The room is spacious and fresh. The detail of complimentary water every day is highly valued.

- • Some small details in the bathroom, nothing that affects the function, but rather aesthetics. The breakfast felt repetitive (I stayed for 4 days). It would be good to have the option of a continental breakfast for variety.
