- • The room is dirty, with many spider webs. The bathroom is dirty, mossy, and yellowing

1. The hotel staff were reasonably polite and helped me check for a possible checkout. 2. Unfortunately, I was refused a refund less than ten minutes after checking in because I had booked a non-refundable rate by my own choice.

- • 1. Large cockroaches were found in the hotel restroom. 2. The room windows cannot be opened, leaving the space stuffy with a musty odor. 3. The air conditioner fails to produce heat even when set to 15°C. 4. The door lock is broken, resulting in a total lack of safety. 5. There are many stubborn stains on the bed that cannot be cleaned off. 6. The street outside the hotel is chaotic with numerous street vendors, creating an unsafe atmosphere.
This is a hotel where you can fully enjoy Indonesia!

- • The 2 rooms had dirty toilets. Far from what we have seen in Indonesia in hotels of the same range... A rat on the second floor...
