Great accommodation point on Crete, we arrived by boat and could walk to the hotel, about 12-15 minutes. Close to the bustling shopping area and fortress after arrival, only five minutes from the bus station, very convenient. Contact with the accommodation: good, clear responses. Landlord very efficient. Accommodation check-in: password lock. Outlets: plenty. Coffee machine.

The bed was comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to the Archaeology museum.

- • A key would be useful, the door code is inefficient-- you have to enter it 3 times and rattle the door before the code works. Nothing about this apartment is 'luxury'. The furnishings are old and cheap. The shower gets the floor wet. You have to manually turn on the hot water tank and wait for it to heat the water before use. Lots of night street noise.
Well-equipped extremely clean spacious apartment, comfy bed only a few minutes' walk from the center of Heraklion close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Netflix is a big plus and the host is always happy to assist with any issues. I already know where I am staying next time I visit Heraklion 😁😁

Staff and owner were very helpful to let us store luggage during pre-check-in and post-check-in. Location is nearby the attractions, bus station, and Port. Room is clean and comfortable.

- • The fridge was smelly because the fish was kept inside without removing. Shower holder was very loose.
We were totally satisfied.
The apartment was really luxurious and the location perfect for us. Particularly the attitude of the host was very friendly and helpful. The best we could possibly find!
