- • There was humidity on the ceiling and it was difficult to understand how to turn on some lights

- • I couldn't stay because the concierge asked me for my emotional support dog's vaccination certificate. I didn't have it on hand as I had never been asked for the card for lodging. I had the emotional support certificate and the veterinarian's certificate but not the card. So, at almost 11 pm, I had to go out to find a hotel. It was very inconsiderate of them.

Reception and check-in: agile and helpful staff. Cleaning: good state of room and common areas cleanliness. Surroundings: safe area (seems like).

- • Room: quite small with little storage space (lacks drawers, shelves, or hangers). Falls short for placing belongings. The walking space is narrow, not recommended for an elderly person (could trip over the bed). Bathroom: the shower doesn't have a shelf to place personal hygiene products (I never use hotel shampoo or soap to bathe and as I bring my own, it was uncomfortable to place them and keep opening the shower door to get them from the sink). Breakfast: I consider it somewhat expensive (42,000 on weekends).
