- • We had a problem with the window of the room and could hardly sleep because of the noise. We asked the reception to come and fix it and help us make it pleasant and comfortable during our stay. One of the hotel staff came and failed to fix the problem. We suffered from the noise all night. The guy said he would come back in the morning. Around eight in the morning, we were sleeping and apparently the guy knocked on the door and got no response. He simply opened the door even though he knew there were occupants in the room and we even put a note on the handle so that people would know there were others despite the lack of response. The guy just entered the room while we were sleeping. We woke up in a panic and saw someone in the room and as soon as we got up, he left. We felt very uncomfortable and at that moment we woke up, got organized, and left. We felt a lack of privacy.
