Would go back in a flash if I had another work commitment in KL
It was super convenient for attending a conference at University Malaya. Excellent staff who were always helpful. We arrived late on a Sunday night when the grocery store was closed. Two kind staff went over and above and gave us tea bags from their own personal supply

Great location for UM conference
I chose the larger room and was grateful for the extra space. Air conditioning worked well. Sleep quality was good.

- • The breakfast was good overall but the location changed day-to-day. I wasted time on my first morning following instructions in the key folder looking for the non-existent location on the second floor. On the days it was in the cafe on the ground floor it was very slow (but delicious). Some days I didn't get a bath mat. Lacking in English TV channels.
