Nice view and room
The room was on the highest floor and on the same floor as the Westin Lounge. The bed was comfortable, and the lounge's food and beverage were good and delicious. The Magnolia breakfast was awesome. Thanks to Vika, David, and Karan for serving us very well and attentively meeting our needs. We will definitely return in the future.

Outstanding service of the Western Hotel Surabaya
The Westin Hotel Surabaya is one of the best 5-star hotels in Surabaya. The hotel is beautiful, and all the staff are gentle and humble. Especially the Kidz club staff is very humble and professional. I had a really good experience. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation
We chose The Westin because it is conveniently located within the same complex as Pakuwon Mall. Initially, we booked a Standard Room for our family, but we decided to upgrade upon check-in. The check-in staff were very helpful, and the process was quick and efficient. While waiting for our room to be prepared, we relaxed at the club lounge and enjoyed the drinks and snacks provided. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Since we were traveling with our child, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a small tent in the room and also provided a coloring package, which our child really enjoyed. With its beautiful views of Surabaya’s city skyline, our stay at The Westin was truly satisfying. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. All of the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us warmly, often adding a personal touch by addressing us by name. One service that we have not experienced at other five-star hotels is that the restaurant offered guests the option to take away breakfast items to their room. This was extremely helpful for us as parents of a young child, since children sometimes want food from the restaurant after returning to the room. Although this hotel primarily caters to business travelers, it is also an excellent choice for a family vacation. The hotel is very child-friendly, and its direct connection to Pakuwon Mall—one of the most comprehensive shopping malls in the city—makes it even more convenient for families.
