When we book online, it shows a lower rate, but when we go to the reception for check-in, the staff say something and ask for payment.

Holiday Inn - Strictly Business
All basic facilities were available, the hotel was clean, the staff was professional, but the staff was thin, hence the service was slightly slow.

👎 Disliked
- • Breakfast was monotonous, with the same menu for all five days, which I believe was a deliberate hotel policy. Although I did not personally eat the food ordered for in-room dining, my family mentioned that it was below average.
Convenient stay not too far from the airport
It is a relatively new property with an aesthetically pleasing blue color scheme. The room was comfortable, and the lobby and common areas were quite spacious. The restaurant offered a good variety, with food available round the clock, and the Chinese dishes we tried were tasty.

👎 Disliked
- • There was a slight smell in the room when we entered, probably needing some airing or a check on the ventilation and stocking of toiletries, etc. Breakfast was decent, but some items were cold and dry in the buffet, while the fruits were served slightly warm. It requires more attention.
