- • I could clarify prior to making the reservation and afterwards that I was going to arrive in the early morning, they always responded that there was no problem. When I arrived, my room had been occupied by another person. Non-existent staff, there was no one. I wrote to them on WhatsApp and they did not respond. So, I am spending the night on an uncomfortable sofa in the common area with a torrential rain hitting the metal roof. An unforgettable experience. I want to add something to what was written on May 2, 2026 when I had to experience this. Despite indicating that they respond to WhatsApp at 7 in the morning, it was not until 9 AM that the cleaning manager arrived, who was the one who contacted them and informed them of the situation. At first, they told me they were going to refund my money, but when they saw that I had made comments on both booking.com and google, they told me they were NOT going to do it.

I didn't like anything, the service is horrible, I thought I would rest, but there were drugged people smoking, making noise, and on top of that, they blamed me, thinking I was wrong. I didn't pay attention to them, I sent a message to the person in charge, they were very rude to me, I will never return to this place, the only good thing was just the cleaning lady, very nice, nothing else to enjoy.

- • I didn't like anything, there is no reception, no respect for the guests, and when I got the private room with a bathtub, in short, a common area, I was going to do something but I couldn't because there are a bunch of drugged people with drugs, cigarettes, and other things, don't pay attention to them, still, I was the wrong one in the story, I sent a message to the person in charge, they didn't care about me at all, and I was still considered wrong, I will never return to this place, nor recommend this place to anyone, I am not a tourist, I live here, but it was good to go through this experience, I paid 114 in vain, I didn't like anything except for the kindness of the cleaning lady, everything else is useless, I have been to other places but this one, corner 8, surpassed all others in how bad it is in everything
