Good hotel, very well located, but some maintenance points could be improved.
Very well located hotel. Well-equipped and very pleasant gym. Pleasant staff. However, they call every morning in the room relentlessly until you answer, just to know if you want breakfast — in the long run, it's annoying. They let the phone ring for a very long time, as if it were an absolute emergency. Comfortable room, comfortable bed.

- • The shower was defective upon arrival. The technician intervened the next morning, but unfortunately he could not come back later as agreed. The common areas are not air-conditioned, which can be a bit uncomfortable in hot weather. The restaurant was under renovation during my stay. For breakfast, you only have the choice of the American Breakfast. The freezer in suite 105 is not working properly.
A wonderful stay at Bel Air Crest Hotel
Very good experience. Good staff. Food was superb. Also liked the rooms, quite neat. Desmond the butler was effective, friendly, and hospitable. Joelle, the Guest Experience personnel, escorted me to the local supermarket and was very sweet and perfect.

One of the most beautifully decorated hotels in Accra.
This hotel by far was absolutely one of the best choices we made during our visit to Ghana. The hotel has beautifully decorated rooms. If you’re visiting Ghana, this is definitely the hotel you want to pick.

ALTON PILGRIMAGE TRIP
I had a great experience with my stay at the Bel Air Crest hotel in Accra, Ghana. My room was spacious and immaculate. The staff was very friendly and attentive. If I get a chance to go to Accra again, I would choose this heartbeat; it was the best hotel of the 6 different hotels we stayed at during this past visit.

Had a great time with my wife
Great breakfast. My wife and I had a great time. We will be back very soon. The atmosphere was very nice and the interior decorations are out of this world. We were very impressed. The rooms were very spacious and have everything you would need. The bathroom was also very clean with two big fresh towels. Annabelle was very nice, very attentive, very professional, and also very pleasant to deal with. Thanks and we will soon be back.
