If you are going to Tagum don't stay here. I would not go back even if they offered a free room

- • Everything could of been better. When I looked at the pictures on Booking.com the room looked great. It showed a small kitchen and nice CR but when arriving there the room was small and it was a shared kitchen and CR that was in terrible condition. The toilet area was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet, the shower area was so small you could hardly turn around. The only thing that might save this place is a total power wash and repaint. It was not a clean place. Moved out after the first night there. The owner didn't speak English so good thing I was with a friend to help with that. They did not even ask why we were leaving.

- • Shared bath so small and cramped. Downstairs hallway and shared kitchen.needed airing, termites nesting under the door of the shared comfort room. Limited parking.

The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. Definitely close to malls and public transportation. Will definitely book again!
