- • The pool is what made us choose this establishment and is only accessible by appointment with a supplement of 250,000 VND per person, which is not specified on the booking site. Safe in the room that beeped all night, no way to sleep, hotel response: We are sorry. Room that smells strongly of humidity and not swept.
The beds were quite good, and nice with a balcony facing the city. At first, we were disappointed that we didn't get an ocean view, but we enjoyed sitting in the evening and watching the city, all the people walking around, the traffic, shops, nightlife. The city really changes when the sun goes down.

- • Issues with the elevators, too few elevators for the number of people staying there, so you had to wait between 15 - 40 minutes for an elevator every time you needed to use it. The rooftop pool was only accessible once a day, it was always crowded. So no available spots and there was no smoke-free area at the pool either, which they at the reception told us there would be. So very smoky at the pool. Cockroaches got into the room, which they took care of, but still. We left clothes at their laundry service and when I hadn't received any clothes the next day, I called the reception and asked for my clothes, then they said I had to take the elevator down, which took about 1 hour to pay for my laundry so they could later deliver them to my room. They basically hold the clothes hostage until you have paid, instead of just putting it in the room so you can pay at check-out. We will never stay at this hotel again.
