Beautiful clean room on the 17th floor with a view of both the sea and the mountains, pleasant air conditioning, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Breakfast included. Unlimited access to the gym and pool on the 6th floor. 1 entry per person per day to the pool on the 40th floor included in the price (you can come in the morning and stay until closing time...).

- • Elevators... a big problem. Fortunately, we waited a maximum of 15 minutes for the elevator, usually within 5 minutes... but I read cases on very busy days and hours where people waited for over an hour. I can imagine it.

- • The room was not very clean with an odd smell, the elevator was a disaster. Wait at least 15 minutes to go up or down and only one side of the elevator for customers. The location is okay, it was during a festival so lots of streets were blocked, hard to book transportation.
It is cheap and value for money. But it is worn and average.
Good location if you want to stay in the city and good food. Cheap.

- • This is a very worn hotel. This would never be 5 stars in Europe or the USA. If you are used to European standards, this is a 3-star hotel.

- • Where do I start.. 🤔 At no point when booking this 5-star (questionable) hotel on booking.com does it state that this hotel is in a property shared by another company, the Panorama Property Services... And that in our hotel, there are actually private apartments that are not owned by the hotel... The people in the next room had rented the room privately from an independent owner... Interesting as we thought we were going to a 5-star hotel... Not an apartment block with a few hotel rooms... How do I know this, you ask... Because after speaking with the housekeeping, they informed me that there are different cleaning companies cleaning the rooms depending on who you are staying with... We did not feel safe knowing there were many people staying in rooms close by that had no connection with the hotel... So noise from these rooms could not be dealt with by the hotel as guests were not their guests... 😯 The room was tired, damaged wallpaper. Dirty walls. Very strange the balcony door does not have a handle on the outside so if you shut the door, you cannot open it from the balcony side. The front of the property is chaotic. Nothing is organized, no security, no people directing traffic. Just crazy... And this is because the property has many other properties inside, hence the number of people swarming in... To be honest, at no point did we feel safe or secure in this hotel as so many people who were not staying in the hotel could wander freely throughout the floors... The lifts are inadequate; in high season, you can potentially wait 30 minutes for a lift... Unfortunately, there is no solution as this is a design fault by the architects when building this building. There are two swimming pools... But let me add, the swimming pool on the 40th floor is not owned by the hotel. And you are only allowed access to the rooftop pool once a day. We did use it once. But felt the standard was very low. There was a lack of maintenance, i.e., broken tiles and concrete.
Excellent stay every time: it was our 2nd stay. We will come back next year.

- • The town is primarily Russians, which makes it not feel like Vietnam.
Very disappointed for this year as it was the 3rd time we came to this hotel apparently it is not improving.
Very good breakfast except for the waiting time at the coffee machine. The pool is very good. Spacious room.

- • Room not cleaned in the late afternoon 3 times the first week, cleaning in the room very basic and the floor not clean, even water for a large number of rooms, often lacking toiletries such as cotton buds, toilet paper, bed made very poorly, very strong smell of humidity had to buy a deodorant spray, almost seriously injured with a very heavy board under the sink unit that fell next to my foot.
