Very friendly staff! Easy check-in! Room clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchenette could have had a bit more cutlery. Cable car within walking distance as well as shopping options.

Lovely beach holiday in the Alps!
Clean and conveniently located in relation to the lifts and also handy with a car. Good and varied breakfast. Lovely pool, as well as spa area. Good steam in the Finnish sauna.

- • Beds: insufficient. The worst beds we've had in a hotel by far. Mattresses (thickness 7-8 cm!) were unstable and already worn out. When lying down, you could feel the metal and wooden parts in your back. After 3 sleepless nights at the Elements Resort, I now have severe back pain. A disgrace for guests in a so-called 4-star hotel. Furthermore, we noticed that the hotel and the area are very popular among Arabs. We would not book the hotel again. We also want to avoid the Zell am See area in the future.
