The hotel's design is really beautiful, surrounded by stunning gardens. The room was spacious, and access to the pool was a nice addition. The hotel offers plenty of activities for both adults and children. Especially the kids club was high quality and our children enjoyed it very much. The breakfast is amazing, and the other meals are also of very high quality.

- • The only negative experience we had was the lack of sunbeds - the best spots were already taken early on, and it was difficult to get sunbeds especially near the children's pool and the main pool.
Great stay!
The spacious, clean rooms including attentive staff. The children's activities throughout the day. I sincerely believe we have never experienced such an amazing breakfast anywhere else. Overall a great stay, where we extended for another 3 nights because we enjoyed it so much. You can easily walk from the resort to the town of Sanur in the front and cycle along the entire boulevard in the back.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and immaculate rooms and service. Breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel, each dish could be served in a Michelin restaurant. Prices at the restaurants are fair and the food is delicious.

- • I don't understand why the pools are not heated to at least 30 C to make them enjoyable. We could not swim for more than 5 minutes as the temperature was too cold, we kept hearing other guests complaining as well. The beach is not great and full of algae so we didn't swim there either.
An incredible stay at a beautiful resort.
We loved our stay at Andaz. The resort is inviting and intimate, beautifully manicured and considered. The food and coffee were an unexpected highlight. We couldn't fault this resort.
