A perfect stay
Location. Space. Clean. Filtered water, Nespresso and teas A bright and airy kitchen area to enjoy drinks, snacks and play cards. Nice linens. Robes. Great water pressure. Walk out to EVERYTHING! Quiet inside apartment. Owners are super responsive!

A great place to stay in Amsterdam
This was an exceptional property located in an excellent position with an owner who had clearly tried to cover every possible requirement a guest could have. From the personal greeting and tour to the complimentary drinks in the fridge and biscuits and chocolate, everything was covered. Nothing was a problem, communication was very quick and covered anything we asked. They even organised a taxi for us ensuring it came right to the door as we had heavy cases.

- • Bedrooms are downstairs with quite steep stairs, but the rails are very solid and there’s even a child gate. I imagine they’re better than many local staircases, but could be an issue for some folks. The bedrooms are so quiet and great once you’re down there and there’s a bathroom and washer there too.
High-level apartment
The apartment is clean, in a great location and despite being in a central location, the apartment is very quiet. It is well-equipped and planned at a high level with attention to small details. The beds are comfortable and spacious, and the towels are soft and fluffy. The staff's attitude was pleasant. It was possible to store luggage before and after check-in/out time, which is significant.

- • The only downside to the apartment is that there is no door in the shower, and one must be careful about the angle at which they shower to avoid wetting the bathroom too much and the need to mop up water after the shower is less pleasant (although the towel is of high quality... it is not suitable for a luxury apartment)
Top Apartment; gladly again!
Very good and friendly contact with the host; very helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean, top equipped and perfectly located to explore Amsterdam. Many restaurants and bars nearby; supermarket only 3 minutes away.

- • For us, it was not a problem, but the steep and narrow staircase to the two bedrooms in the basement could be a real obstacle

Beautiful apartment in a great location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for a quick meal. There is a good selection from Dutch to Italian to even McDonald's. There are also grocery stores a few blocks away if you want to eat in. The host was extremely helpful with tips and helping us book a taxi. The rooms are in the basement so you don’t hear any street noise from nearby bars. The stairs are a bit steep as they are in all Amsterdam homes so this wouldn’t be well suited for someone with mobility issues. We would highly recommend!!!! 10/10! Don’t miss out on this gem!

On our arrival we were welcomed by our very friendly host. She gave us a guide around the property, and immediately we felt at home. She was able to recommend restaurants and where to find the closest supermarket. It was very much appreciated
