Not to be repeated
The resort from the outside looks nice, the external areas of the common areas and the reception as well. The pools are also nice overall. The entertainers are kind and helpful but never intrusive

- • Everything else. The structure seems to be twenty years old in the rooms and in maintenance. Everything seems to be built with scrap materials. In two weeks, the room was flooded (including the suitcases) because the air conditioner leaked water, we were without power for almost a whole day, the shower broke, and throughout all this, the managers were completely absent, they absolutely didn't care and if you called them, they answered annoyed. The waiters, cleaning staff, chefs, and daily staff make a difference, always kind and smiling, but those who should take care of the hotel maintenance and improve the quality seem to care very little. Food not terrible but repetitive (repeats every three days). Overall, I would absolutely not return to this hotel, as this 5-star (which I did not expect to be like in Italy but not like this either) could actually be compared to a poorly kept three-star in Italy.
