👎 Disliked
- • The room overall was well presented and fragrant, but I can't say it was very clean. (stained curtains, stained sheets like the pillowcases, and small hairs inside. The pillows didn't even have pillowcases and emitted the smell of the person who had slept there previously). The entertainment was not very appealing and engaging
Friendly hotel
This hotel was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms weren't very luxurious, but the staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our vacation. Everyone in the restaurant did their best to keep it clean, the food was very tasty, and especially the waiters Ibrahim and Adel were very friendly—we'd love to come back here. I recommend this hotel.

Animation team - Filip
The animation team at this hotel is great, and Filip is one of its members. He is friendly, approachable, and tries to connect with the guests. He encourages everyone to join the activities he leads, such as boccia, darts, beach soccer, and water polo. He creates a fun atmosphere and makes every activity enjoyable.

Vacation
It was one of the better vacations because everything was good. The resort was well located but the reconstructions could be improved. Rooms are very spacious. The highlight was the pretty sea full of amazing fishes and the beautiful turtles. My kids enjoyed their time, especially because of the animators, especially the girl Ludovica. She was very communicative, smiley, friendly, and happy all the time.

I highly recommend the hotel and the entertainment.
I like the animation team, especially Ludovica, Giada, and Filipo.

Very nice
Our stay at Dream Lagoon was a truly positive experience. The hotel and rooms were always well maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes every day. Although the selection felt a bit repetitive after a week, the quality remained high and the food was consistently tasty and well prepared. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. Both in the restaurant and at the bar, the team was attentive, helpful, and often ready with a joke, which added to the holiday spirit. The swimming pool was always spotless and well maintained. The lifeguards carried out their duties with great care and professionalism. We would especially like to highlight Khaled Hassan, one of the lifeguards. His infectious smile, positive energy, and patient willingness to assist guests made our holiday complete. Thanks to him, we felt not only safe but also genuinely welcome. In short: Dream Lagoon combines cleanliness, delicious food, friendly staff, and a perfectly maintained pool with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. An absolute recommendation for anyone visiting Marsa Alam! Greetings from the Belgium family 😉
