The staff at the hotel are very friendly, just as the name suggests. It's a bit of a walk to the palace, but still within walking distance. At night, you can easily walk to nearby Bath Street. There is also a self-laundry near the hotel, which is convenient. For this price, there is nothing to complain about.

- • The room key is not a card key but a cylinder key, so you need to leave it every time you go out. The breakfast has a limited variety and doesn't change much daily, so it's better not to expect too much.

The accommodation has one of the best locations in Hue, right next to the Western Quarter, easy access to Trang Tien Bridge, the Citadel, or the area of Ba Trieu. It is quiet as it is still a bit away from the Western Quarter compared to Vo Thi Sau Street. The staff is extremely lovely, and the rooms are clean.
