- • The TV is creepy because the volume keeps going up even though no one is increasing it. And even if we lower the volume, it suddenly goes up again after a while.
Will come back and hoping the improvements are made.

There is an underground skate park where it is easy to place roller skates, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bunk bed was large enough and very good.

- • The room had a small window, so you could only see the roof and a bird net. I saw rooms with balconies, but I don't know who they are assigned to, as I didn't see them on Booking.

- • TV is working, but the remote control is not functioning. The staff has already changed the batteries, but it still doesn’t work, the washroom is dirty, and there are no complimentary coffee and toiletries provided.

- • Because I pre-paid through Booking.com, after two days I knew I made a grave error booking this establishment. Booking.com was no help canceling my reservation and had to endure the remaining 5 days of the following: 1) Starting at 6:30 AM, the University next door begins announcements, songs and whatever else they do there. Usually lasts for a few hours M-F. 2) Internet was always sporadic and not available! 3) Untrained staff was not able to take breakfast order despite being told in English and native language what was desired. Waiter tried selling different packages of breakfast that I did not want. 4) Condescending staff later tried to appease me by bringing me breakfast to my room, offer rejected in a dramatic way! 5) Partner asked for an extra pillow, wanted extra P100. 6) Facility located in unsafe and dilapidated industrial area of town. 7) At 11:00 AM, could not offer change for P1000. 8) A/C cover not attached properly and fell off unit in the middle of the night. 9) Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, really? 10) No power outlets next to bed, very inconvenient.

- • Construction site right next to it. Kitchen exhaust fans were noisy under the balcony. Towels and sheets had seen better days. A two-star hotel even though Booking.com says it's three stars. No power outlets next to the bed, etc.
