Good location in the old town. Helpful staff.
We arrived two days late because of the UK air traffic issues but when we arrived the staff were very helpful in arranging tours and restaurant bookings.

Nice trip
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and luxurious. But what we liked best was the central location - quick to the city, quick to the sea. There was a lot to discover around the hotel.

- • What we really didn't like was that the pool (which we had booked the hotel for) was 'Out of Service' all the days of our stay. We asked every day and every day we were told 'maybe tomorrow'. For the price of the hotel, we would have expected more. In addition, we would have expected to get a part of the quite high costs back. That didn't happen either. We were very happy to have a hotel that is in the middle of the old town and still has a pool - very very unfortunate. In addition, the hotel's restaurant was also closed. You were not informed about this in advance.
