- • Many regulations, unprofessionally trained staff, unable to keep up with new state regulations but still follow the old hotel regulations, causing discomfort. Room for 3 people, but only provided 2 coffee+tea packs, when asked for more, the staff said it was due to regulations (very unreasonable?), although later they brought more up, but booking 3 rooms only provided additional items for 1 room. Room next to the elevator, at night there were continuous knocks on the door for pranks in the noisy corridor. Floors 7, 8, 9 are rented for long-term use as dormitories rather than hotel rooms.
