The hotel wasn’t too bad, though the cleanliness wasn’t great. The bathroom was very dated; it could do with a complete refurbishment, but I don’t think that’s in their interests. Swimming pool was OK, but always very busy.

- • The dirt. The dilapidation. The walls falling apart. The mold. The shower in the bathtub. The pool water has turned.
Big rooms, beds with curtains, I like the lobby area. The pool on the rooftop was amazing. All personnel very good, I had a situation with my payment and they were patient and smart to solve it, they were also empathetic about my time. I like that they give us towels, good for that. Thank you.

Very normal stay
I liked how it was structured around big places such as the leather stores and spas around the hotel, more importantly the staff were very nice and respectful

- • I didn’t like that in some rooms the toilets and the air conditioner were lacking but I am fine with it
