Loved our stay would definitely stay again here
Very comfortable. Fantastic staff. Great room service daily. Free bikes was a huge bonus we used a lot during our stay!! Easy walking to great dining, coffee and the Lake. Onsite dining and bar fabulous too!

- • Nothing to fault. It would have been nice if the heating had been put on, the room was very cold when we arrived in the evening.

- • The black gunk that came out of the spa bath. The car parking and the bottle of wine from the mini bar were "compted" for me. I had photos and, as asked, emailed them. However, I haven't heard back in regards to the issue and if it had been resolved....I am just interested in the result
