It's OK, nice views and great staff.
Rooms were large, reception staff very helpful and exceptionally accommodating. The views over the lake at sunrise are stunning.

- • It is a tad dated and starting to look tired, particularly the bathrooms. Gym was closed, restaurant was empty with no atmosphere. It is a fair distance from Puno.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay
I loved the breakfast, the view was beautiful, very comfortable overall, especially because we had a baby and even though it was raining outside, everything inside the hotel was very comfortable.
