A beautiful and authentic villa with excellent breakfast, great design, and a wonderful atmosphere.
The hotel is very unique and authentic. It has a beautiful garden and a great location. Everything was high quality. The breakfast was excellent and prepared with great care. I was really impressed by the furniture, decoration, and the overall design of the villa.

- • The only small downside was that my room was on the upper floor, so going up and down the stairs was a bit tiring. A small elevator could make it more comfortable. Also, the parking area is quite small, and it was difficult to find parking spaces nearby.

Cozy Old World retreat in a fun neighborhood, with good public transit
Great place with unique Old World vibe, playing up the building's refurbished historical feel. My room was quiet and very comfortable, I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was great... a buffet with everything you could want. Attentive service. Public transit is great. There are 3 trams that leave from a stop just a minute away, across the intersection, and run down to the main shopping district and the Old Town by the river. Super convenient. One tram goes one stop to where you connect to the tram that goes to the train station (a short ride). A block away there's a very good Italian restaurant (La Luce Due) and a sports bar, Zum Goldenen Fass, that's a great place to watch soccer with a crowd.

- • The satellite TV was a little hit and miss... one channel seemed to be out of whack, but there were plenty of others that worked fine.
