👎 Disliked
- • Poorly coordinated pre-check-in: After booking (room with breakfast), where the parking request was already noted, repeated inquiries came via AI bot whether we wanted to book breakfast or parking. Reception staff somewhat cold, upon arrival as a guest one did not feel truly welcome.
