- • #0831 AC could be better. Staff should be more welcoming, and should smile more. Breakfast carbonara was ATROCIOUS!! you need to use your own room towel after swimming. Should change this policy.
Breakfast need to improve and all room prefer some air freshener

- • Sorry, but the breakfast was nothing for me. I still had breakfast outside despite having breakfast included. The surroundings were also very lonely, but GRAP is extremely cheap in Batam.
