- • The beach in front of the property is closed to swimming due to moray eels and sea snakes 😳
Excellent service with the most thoughtful staff. We were greeted with a valet service and was given a tour of the property after a very prompt check in. This is an adult only facility which allowed for a quiet and calm experience. The room was cleaned thoroughly each morning with a turn down service in the evening. Healthy breakfast options with excellent afternoon treats and small bites in the evening. We also experienced the typhoon during our stay. The hotel staff kept us reassured, safe and fed through the day. They worked very quickly in cleaning up after the storm and returning the resort to its usual state. Also very kindly gave us a breakfast box on our last morning as we had to leave the hotel early.

The wellness offer was excellent and significantly enhanced our stay. The staff was always extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Also worth mentioning is the cleanliness - the rooms were always very well-maintained and clean.

- • The lounge offer is rather limited. Only small appetizers were offered. The drink selection is decent. Other hotels of this category offer a much wider selection and a more extensive range.
