Amazing views including some from beds. Amazing staff especially guys lugging heavy luggage up and down huge steps for distance. Great friendly bartender. Fun pool overlooking ocean and caldera. Fantastic location in busy area but quiet. Would stay here again

- • Steps - big. But that's Santorini. They allow cruise ship staff as day guests which can leave no poolside seats for guests — bad policy.
Pictures don't do our stay justice. It was amazing.
Loved the views and everything from the staff, Wifi, amazing food, and room!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Porto Fira Suites will definitely see us again.

An unforgettable experience for our first time in Santorini.
The view was spectacular. We had our own private balcony and it was lovely to eat breakfast there every morning. The staff were absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch, and cocktails at the hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. It was nice to be able to relax there after a day of exploring. Each person we spoke to was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful in answering questions or providing recommendations. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

- • For the price we paid I would have expected something warm like a welcome basket of a selection of items and drinks. The bar prices there for food were quite expensive
I believe I should visit more different Greek islands in the future
Breakfast served in the room (outside the room, we had a terrace), staff called for taxis and excursions and WhatsApp was used mainly for accommodation. Suggested by managers, restaurants were easy to reach by strolling and served delicious food traditional and cultural.

- • Bars and restaurants do not know how to make bloody Mary cocktails :), all available cocktails are sweet and delicious, but sometimes customers need a bloody Mary
Stunning way to experience Santorini, you won’t be disappointed here.
Breakfast delivered to our terrace was one of the tastiest ever (we were able to select time and dishes, very handy, but very tasty and healthy also). Fabulous hospitality from all the staff, going out of their way to get us into good restaurants at short notice. Beautiful room, stunning views, and location. I recommend private transfers to and from, well worth it.
