A stunningly, beautiful older beachfront resort but do not have the buffet dinner. It’s terrible.
We’re staying in the club section of the resort and it’s really gorgeous. The views are stunning. The staff in general is absolutely wonderful.

The hotel facilities are beautiful, you can enjoy rainy days in the indoor pool, and the breakfast buffet is delicious.

- • The internet connection is difficult, there is a long wait at the breakfast buffet.
It's a failure. Closed several times during the day for unknown reasons. The pool bar only opens in the evening.

- • The hotel is already run down. The furniture in the room, the bathroom do not even meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
Great location, spacious rooms, but expensive hotel restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent, waiting times were bearable due to number assignment. You must conspicuously show the number, otherwise you will be overlooked when the number is announced in Japanese. The location is great, the beach as well, there is an enclosed area where you can swim. Allegedly, there are too many dangerous animals further out, however, the reef comes immediately, so people do not want others to trample on the corals (rightly so). Definitely book a snorkeling trip, it's worth it! Extremely well organized and only a very short boat ride, great equipment is provided. Pool hours were a bit short, but at the time of year we were there, not a problem. Beautiful sunsets and nice live music! It is a family-friendly hotel suitable for children, although many Asians do not use the pool or the sea, so it was not very crowded outside (in April) even though it was very pleasant and warm for swimming. You have to put on the provided bathrobe (short) when you are in the hotel, but everything is provided and is nice and cozy, as well as the pajamas that are ready. You can do your own laundry in the hotel, which is very cheap.

- • Restaurants in the hotel are extremely expensive, but you can get supplies nearby at Family Mart or other stores. There are also some inexpensive restaurants nearby accessible by taxi/car. The fitness room is poorly equipped with only treadmills, etc. Sometimes valet parking takes a while, but that's not a problem. The seal in the bathroom needs to be renewed and the shower has a slightly weaker stream, but the hotel is already older, which is hardly noticeable due to perfect maintenance.

The room was very spacious, the staff friendly and mostly spoke English (I cannot understand the negative reviews regarding this). The breakfast is outstanding, even the Japanese one is sufficient (which I had to use as I had no time to wait in line). The indoor pool is great, as well as the sauna/spa area. Both are open for a sufficient amount of time and there are complimentary toiletries.

- • Unfortunately, I did not get one with a sea view but looked out into the greenery and heard frog croaking instead of the sound of the sea. The rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear when someone moves a chair. The Tilda restaurant with the breakfast buffet has waiting times, about 20 minutes. All activities were closed on the days I was there. The beach closes at 3 pm.
Exceptional. Would love to come back.
