Comfortable Stay Near Lake Louise.
Very convenient to pickup stops for Lake Moraine and Lake Louise as well as close walkable to restaurants. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Buy ahead and save option for breakfast. Helpful staff. Use Moraine Lake Bus Company for close pickup and wonderful tour staff.

- • Most rooms were upstairs with no elevator. There are a few rooms in the lodge that were downstairs.
This hotel has everything you could possibly need, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms

Upscale motel
The location of the lodge is very good. You can walk to a cafe, but you need to drive for the rest. The rooms were spacious and equipped like a higher-end motel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had dinner at the Timberwolf restaurant in the evening. Nice place, unfortunately prices are also high like in Lake Louise.

- • We wanted to use the hot tub on the evening of arrival. Unfortunately, it was already closed. We were told to come back the next morning (a Monday). When I wanted to use the hot tub, I was told that it is always closed on Mondays due to monthly cleaning... Too bad. Price was too high for the service. This is due to the extremely touristy location at Lake Louise.

- • Had a room facing the rail track, sounded like a helicopter outside your door at times. The bed had the thinnest covers and no blankets in the room. I thought I’d set heating but woke up cold in the night. I did tell another receptionist in the morning that the winter duvets needed to go on beds. She said they only have one thickness, surely that can’t be right?

- • Fridge was noisy and ran all night, disturbing sleep.
Perfect location, spacious rooms, and all the necessities. We were able to book breakfast for only 10 CAD the evening before and it was really solid.

- • The pictures here on Booking make it look a little more luxurious than it really is - the higher price is based purely on the location, not on the overall quality.
