- • our room is located at the half stairs. We need to carry luggage after stepping out of the lift.
I'd stay as a solo traveller but would skip breakfast.
Clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location next to the train station without any noise from trains or nightlife. Late checkout

- • Small for two people and the price. No sockets near beds. The breakfast was shockingly poor. Limited choice bearing little relation to the displayed poster. Only rubbery scrambled eggs available, bacon inedible same as hashbrowns which were rock hard. I was embarrassed that the German and American diners would think this was a typical Welsh breakfast. Our complaint at checkout was met with a 'sorry about that'

- • My bedroom was not cleaned for 3 days, and they refused to clean it even after I requested. My bathroom sink was leaking all throughout my stay. When I reported it, nothing was done to fix it!
