I had an amazing stay

Service was awful. No one was helpful. All of the bars in the hotel were closed from 1815.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel as indicated at the time of booking for which I paid extra. Had to walk about 4-5 blocks to another hotel. Not at all convenient and did not make use of it. Would not have paid for it if I’d known in advance. I’d like to request a refund for that.

Bad experience

I was very disappointed. The room is extremely small. Breakfast is 1k away and the poorest breakfast I ever had in Israel. Asked me to pay tax again at checkout after already paid through the app.

I needed to change my reservation due to Shabbat and no transport. Daniel, Jacob, and Yali were great in getting the info and helped me change my booking and getting a refund. It took a while to get through to Expedia but James, an Expedia agent, was great and I got the refund. Thanks everyone you really helped me a lot.

Quiet little hotel in south-central Tel Aviv. My room was small but clean and perfect for one person, two people might have been a squeeze. The rooftop area is good for relaxing and there is a hot tub although it is not easy to use. Breakfast is actually served at another hotel 5-10 minutes walk - I may have missed this but I don’t remember reading about it when booking. The breakfast choice was limited but tasty, service at breakfast could be improved with a “if you want it, you have to ask for it” approach. Overall good choice for a solo trip of a few nights in Tel Aviv.

Great spot to visit Tel Aviv

Simple, clean hotel in a good location.

The hotel itself is clean and in a good location just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. The air conditioning in the bedroom seemed to struggle a little bit in the heat (30C+), so not as cool as we would have liked but bearable. The hotel doesn't have that much in the way of amenities, for example, there is no restaurant or breakfast offering, so if that matters to you then bear it in mind. There is a bar area but we didn't use it or see that many people in there. The room itself was compact but had everything you need. Wifi on the upper floors was a bit hit and miss but fine in the lobby area. There is also a free Nespresso machine and fresh water containers in the lobby you can use. The location of the hotel is the best part, just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and 15-minute walk to the Florentin area where there are lots of quirky bars where you can get a range of drinks and street food.

Great location and unique ambiance. However, the air conditioning did not work and was not fixed for our room. The whole family woke with sour backs over the several days we stayed as well. The staff was generally very prompt and helpful but were unable to address the air conditioning issue for us.
