Due to the inconveniences, we will not return to this place.
The hotel is nice and modern, and the whole property gives a good first impression. The room was clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically decorated. Also, the breakfasts were tasty, classic, and varied, so everyone could easily find something for themselves. And that's all the positives.

- • Unfortunately, we rate the stay very negatively, mainly due to the parking organization, noise, and service level. The hotel description mentions parking available for an additional fee on-site, but upon our arrival, it turned out that there were two events taking place and there was not a single parking space available. As a result, we had to leave the car on the street, which is not a comfortable or safe situation. The situation was even more absurd because another guest arrived at the same time, who had paid for parking in advance - 80 PLN for a two-night stay. In the evening upon his arrival, he also had nowhere to park, despite the earlier reservation and payment. What's worse, the staff refused to refund him for the service not provided. Instead of effectively solving the problem, he was only told that he could park on the street and "move the car to the hotel parking spot after midnight when the event ends." We believe that if the hotel offers the possibility of reserving parking spaces, such situations should not occur at all. It was very unprofessional and completely out of place on the part of the hotel. Additionally, the events themselves were a huge problem due to the noise. The music and sounds of the party were practically audible all the time and lasted until around 4 in the morning, which made it impossible for us to have a normal rest and sleep. The hotel should take care of the comfort of all guests, especially those who come to relax. Unfortunately, we also rate the hotel service poorly. Both the reception staff and the breakfast service gave the impression of being completely uninterested in the guests. The lack of commitment, help, and professional approach definitely contributed to a very negative perception of the entire stay.
More luxurious than expected!
The hotel is more spacious and beautiful than the outside suggests. The room and bed were comfortable, clean, and pleasant. And the breakfast was very good, Poland knows how to welcome guests!

- • I asked for a quiet room and faced the main avenue, I don't know if it could have been better. But the soundproofing was good, so with earplugs, I couldn't hear the street anymore.
