Great hotel in Central Puno.
Great location, large and spacious room, good shower, comfortable beds, good views from room, clean and quiet at night. Excellent location. Good breakfast too with a reasonable variety on offer. Fastest check-in ever! Staff efficient, but not overly friendly.

I recommend and would stay here again.
Well-located hotel, helpful and always available staff. Spacious rooms and heaters in the rooms, which is a plus considering the cold weather. Breakfast could be slightly more diversified.

- • The fact that at breakfast they restocked very slowly after it ran out and there was little of each on a plate of something that ran out instantly when they brought it, then you had to request more or wait another 10-15 minutes for them to bring it again and in the morning you don't really have this time and it's not okay to wait so long between the products you want to eat

- • The absence of blackout curtains despite streetlights on the street directly shining into the room and illuminating it as if it were daytime (and no nighttime break!). The staff came to see the situation, seemed to discover it, and did their best to mitigate the inconvenience (added a curtain but also light and thin). Difficult night. Breakfast served early was barely passable and the worst of our stay (tasteless fruits, rubbery toast).
