Poorly run hotel with broken elevators and awful female reception staff
The hotel is mediocre and poorly operated. Service elevators not operative so cleaning and other hotel staff were dominating the elevators not allowing easy use by hotel guests. Long waits for elevator use by guests. Female checkout clerk was belligerent, nasty, and surly. One check-out clerk with numerous guests standing and waiting in line to leave. Basic front desk staff were just awful. One guest checking out did not have a useable credit card and was making calls to his credit card provider….staff allowed him to spend +20 minutes to call France to help with his credit issued….other guests were not convenience by another check out clerk. Waste of time and money…stay elsewhere for better value for your money. Kudos however to assistant concierge Yakoub to help w/our stay. Wonderful attention and recommendations.
