Great hotel well located and very pleasant staff but a small deficiency in hygiene in the shower
Beautiful hotel located next to the shopping center. The hotel was clean and smelled very good. The exchanges with the hotel via booking were quick and smooth, and all my requests were accepted. I booked 3 rooms and asked for them to be all next to each other, and it was the case. Additionally, I asked for a shuttle to pick us up at the train station, and the driver was on time with a sign. The vehicle was large and clean. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive with a lot of choices, from sweet to savory, from continental to Indonesian. There was something for everyone and for all tastes. I also really appreciated their kids area; it made me want to play there too. My 2-year-old child enjoyed spending time there, and the ladies were very attentive.

- • The bathroom had mold, especially above the shower glass window, and it didn't close all the way, but maybe it was intentional. Also, the door of our bathroom didn't close very well. Furthermore, we wanted to use room service, but the in-room phone was not working. We had to go down to the restaurant to place an order and report the phone problem. The next evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant; everything was very good, but the service was a bit slow, the dishes were not served at the same time, and the plates were cleared only at the end once we had left and not before serving dessert.
