- • Unfortunately, there was construction taking place next to the resort during my stay, which caused some noise and dust. It was simply unlucky timing and not the hotel’s fault.

- • Unfortunately, I asked the receptionist to check out three days before the reservation date, and the reservation was made through Booking.com, and he did not check out in the system, which made it continue until the last day of the reservation, and thus the remaining amount was not refunded, and this is an abuse of administrative power by the receptionist so that the remaining amount is not returned, and this is dishonesty and unprofessional behavior, and it also harms the reputation of the hotel because of one person..

Amazing service and facilities. Great choice of pools and relaxation options. The pontoon makes access to the water easy. The clear warm water is beautiful to swim in. Highly recommended

- • Just a bit dusty from the building next door. Could look into water sprinklers to keep the dust down. You can tell the hotel and village belongs to one developer. I just didn't like all the fake clothing labels in the village.
