The property is absolutely regal. The staff was extremely courteous right from our check-in. Hasna from Guest Relations was exceptionally helpful and reached out proactively. The breakfast spread at Madras Pavilion was also well curated

One of the most well-managed hotels recommended for business travel and naturally for holiday breaks too
Ms. Hasna was assigned to guide me during my stay. It was a thoughtful gesture of the hotel as she was my go-to person in case of any queries. Hasna provided very good support. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread. Heavenly warm multi-grain toast and a feast of cuisines
