Rich and varied breakfast options. Breakfast is served until 1 pm, so no need to rush or worry about missing breakfast time. Spacious room with suitable bed size. Friendly and professional front desk staff. Customer service responds quickly to all inquiries and accommodates requests. Stayed to celebrate a birthday and anniversary, hotel specially prepared a cake and decorated the room, as well as arranged a room with a better view.

- • Pool hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, it would be better if extended to 10 pm. Pool water has dried leaves and black particles, and the changing room space is relatively narrow. Although the hotel made special arrangements for celebrations, only a cake was prepared for the anniversary with a 'Happy Anniversary' sign and blessing card, without an additional 'Happy birthday' sign or card, a bit disappointing. Stayed with three people but only provided two pairs of slippers?

Very pleased to be back to one of our favorite hotels again. This time we stayed from March 29 to March 31. 5-star experience from check-in till check-out. Thank you Bonnie for making our breakfast so enjoyable. We were on the 33rd floor, and housekeeping was excellent.

Excellent clean room, we were upgraded to a suite. Service all around was very good. Lovely pools. The food at Churchill Table was very good. Lovely staff.

- • Every time we ordered something, like room service or food at the pool, the staff asked for a credit card or how we planned to pay... a bit weird and never been to a 5-star where they have a problem charging to the room.

- • Smoky with extremely poor ventilation. I have always requested a smoke-free environment. After using the restroom, the smell lingers and does not dissipate. Room 2113
