- • That the water was turned off throughout both my days and nights there. Yes I was notified via text the morning of my stay but I paid extra for shower facilities in my room (spa was an upgrade). There’s no way known id pay full price knowing I couldn’t have a shower, flush the toilet or get a glass of water from the sink tap. If I had of known prior that the water would be turned off I wouldn’t have stayed there. Getting undressed to enjoy the spa bath then the water is turned off isn’t particularly enjoyable. Or using the toilet then being unable to flush it…. I’ve stayed at Glen Villa numerous times and it’s been great but I really would expect a refund from my stay. I’d like a full refund as what I paid for I didn’t receive.

- • With check in we were not advised about the no water issue until we went require about it to reception. Then we were advised it will come on at 4pm but didn’t till 6pm. Our cabin then didn’t have any hot water to wash and shower. We understand somethings are out of your control but communication was pretty poor.

- • Many insects in the toilet. Insects crawl on the bed and guests' bodies. Poor cleanliness. Environment and facilities are old.
Clean and tidy but could do with at least a kettle in the room for use but it was accessible in the common area kitchen

Happy holiday
The location is central to the shopping district and the beach so we could walk everywhere. Excellent value for money paid. The grounds are very well maintained and plenty of room.
