- • we arrived at 11 and despite the hotel being empty, they did not let us check in. When we checked in, the door would open by itself and couldn't be closed. After reporting it, they changed our room to one where the door would close. The musty smell was horrible. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. The shower was disgusting. They made us pay in advance through a not very intuitive payment platform for foreigners; for the price, they could have allowed payment on-site.
Nice hotel, super comfortable room, very delicious breakfast, excellent staff, Zulma was super friendly, grateful for helping me with oat milk for my child, highly recommended.

The hotel's location is very strategic. And the facilities are very comfortable.
The hotel's location is very strategic. And the facilities are very comfortable. Although I'm here for work, it became very interesting to enjoy the city. And I would definitely choose the same hotel. The breakfast is spectacular.
