- • The cleanliness is clearly insufficient. The room gave the impression of not being cleaned: dirty and unvacuumed floors, bad smell, stained sheets and fabrics. The corridors were in the same state. We were 3 people with only one towel upon arrival, and no bath mat or hand towel until the day before our departure. The room was poorly soundproofed against road noise. The breakfast is varied but of average quality. We did not use the pool, although an important criterion when choosing this hotel, because the water was cloudy. Overall lack of hygiene. I do not understand the positive reviews that had convinced me to book this hotel.

Our room was absolutely amazing with elegant fixtures, extra comfy, spacious and a wonderful view of the Sarawak River. Great location within walking distance to the Kuching Waterfront & other tourist attractions. Most accommodative with regards to room early check-in & late check-out. Our buffet breakfast is delicious & the staff are friendly & efficient in serving us. Thank you very much for making our stay happy & memorable. Highly recommended 👍🏻
