Modern property, yet the experience was degraded by an under-equipped and dirty bathroom.
Modern and simplistic rooms with a fridge included. Full Kitchen in the hallway, everything was pretty modern. There is air conditioning in the upper levels hallway. Rooms look nice, mine had two windows. Can get pretty hot in the summers but is doable with air circulating through both windows.

- • No trash cans in the bathroom, soap was empty all the time, toilet paper was empty a lot too. The Bathroom seemed to only be cleaned once during my stay. Since they are shared, you are at the mercy of the others living there. When I arrived the shower was badly clogged with (pubic) hair, which had caused a little flooding already on arrival. Even though they were modern, the bathrooms degraded the experience the most for me. There was no safe in the room, which is fair enough for the price, yet surveillance cameras EVERYWHERE. Does make one feel a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the owners entered the apartment with only a 2-3 hours headsup for what sounded like a planned-ahead routine building inspection. Communication could have been better for that part.

- • The parking space is directly below the apartment window, but getting to the car takes about 10 minutes because you have to walk all the way around the entire block. This isn't the apartment owner's fault - it's simply due to the building's unfortunate layout, with no rear entrance to the courtyard.
